Yesterday was incredible! 
I had the time of my life. 
So what if the performance wasn't as good as Friday's? and if there were minor screw ups here and there? We all had fun, and that's what matters. Everyone did an awesome job. Thanks to Mr Jenkins and Mrs Tan and Ms Naz and Natalie and Jessica and Anisha and Miss Sangeetha for everything. We couldn't have pulled it off without y'all. 

Sigh, I miss the whole experience already. 
Especially laughing at Celine everytime she says 'cumulo-nimbus'. And Dahlia in her Moses costume.
Haha! Good times. 

After the performance, the drama girls got to meet Mr Michael Palmer. He was so cool and friendly.
And we got to eat the dinner too. Charlene, of course, was the first to try out every single dish. 

Then the funniest thing happened, Charlene, Deidre and I saw this big crate of drinks, so the three of us, including Mrs Tan, took a glass each. It's a good thing I didn't actually drink it, because about a few minutes later, this waitress walks up to us and starts mumbling things in Chinese.  We eventually found out that the drinks were drunk by other people and the waitress was clearing them up. 
The worst part is, Mrs Tan actually drank the whole glass and Charlene & Deidre drank about half of it. 
Everybody started laughing and ended up in stitches (haha)
Hopefully, none of them gets food poisoning. 

Later, went to Starbucks and had a really hilarious talk with a bunch of Drama girls.

Walked home with Dawn. It was a fun walk. I think we walked about 7 bus stops and I took the bus the rest of the way home. 
Reached home at 12.30pm and was dead tired, but unfortunately, my contact lens wouldn't come out of my left eye. My mom said it was because my eye was really dry, since I was wearing it for so long. I started crying and crying in a failed attempt to moisten my eye. 
Thought I would have to go for eye surgery and end up partially blind, so I was really traumatised. 
Finally, it came out and by then, it was already 2am. 

Hah.
Funny la. 

Anyways, it's almost 4pm now and I still have not started on homework. Nor do I intend to. 

I can't seem to wake up from my midsummer night's dream. :p

Anyways, I shall summarise what I've been up to the past few days. Its mostly been rehearsals for such long hours, but surprsingly, they were fun thanks to Dawn, Cel, Charlene, Khatijah and everyone. 

Backtracking abit, 
Thursday, June 12
Heleyna, Dawn and I went over to Dawn's house to bake cookies. I ended up spilling alot of things. Like flour. Ha. But the good news is, the cookies turned out great. They are still sitting on my study table, waiting to be eaten though. 
Luckily, I had Dawn and Heleyna's help making the cookies. Without them, I bet I would have ended up burning the whole kitchen and screaming and running around in circles.

Saturday, June 16
Bernie's birthday party was a blast. & I must say that Bernie's condo's toilet is the funnest one I have ever been to in my entire life, which may sound weird, but it's true.  A whole group of us went  and I switched off the lights (not knowing that it was going to be pitch black) and everyone started screaming so loudly. I bet the guy sitting outside thought we were crazy. Haha, but it was so cool. 

The food was great too. While waiting for Heleyna to come, Dawn and I talked to a plant named Freddie. He was nice. 
Bernie's cake was awesome. It was hilarious when Dawn actually thought that the green icing on the cake was vegetables. Haha! 

Tuesday-Friday, June 17-20
Rehearsals. Rehearsals. And more rehearsals. We were all so tired after each one. I swear, I couldn't feel my legs, walking home yesterday. But each rehearsal was interesting. I was going around telling lame pickup lines. Actually, in my opinion, they are really good. Here's one: 
If you were a burger in Mcdonalds, you'd be called McGorgeous. 
Haha! That was good wasn't it? 

Tuesday to Thurs was combined rehearsal with Dance, Band etc. Combined rehearsals scare me. I always get so nervous. I ended up laughing through my lines. Arr, it was embarrassing. Jasmin and Joanne were making funny faces at me, which did NOT help :p

Yesterday's rehearsal was cool. I gave Khatijah and Cel my BRIGHT, COLOURFUL socks to wear. Mine were pink! Khatijah's green and Cel's were yellow. So fun. 
Can't believe I am saying this, but I am actually going to miss rehearsals. Sigh. 
Nevermind, there's still one more week, which is going to a whole lot more hectic than this one. Opening night is in approximately 4 days.
Scary!

Alright, I have spent 3 hours typing this out and watching videos and wating for the pile of homework I have yet to complete to disappear.
Pfft. Better start then.

Sky of love is an interesting movie. But it was kind of stupid how the girl only knew the guy for barely two days, and he ended up nailing her in his bedroom. And after a few weeks, they do it again, but this time, in the school's library, where they just happened to be all alone.  Like, wth!
However, overall, it was a pretty good show. Cliche-d tho. Heavily cliche-d.

Before watching the movie, Cel, Dahlia, Dawn and I were in Hougang Mall. Dahlia was late, as usual. Hah! Jk. 
She looked like a tourist in her black dress. :p 
Anw, we ate lunch at Gelare. Bad idea. Bad, bad idea. I completely wasted my $11.50 cause I didn't know what I was ordering. Well, I thought I did. What I thought I ordered was spaghetti with tomato sauce and sausages; what I ended up getting was spaghetti with gross green stuff on it that looked like mould. Trust me, it tastes worse than it sounds. So I ended up having to share everybody else's pasta since mine was so unappetising. Heh. Thanks guys. 
Anw, I didn't leave Gelare without giving them a piece of my mind. I wrote some constructive critisism about the green sauce, on the receipt, and left it below my plate of barely touched food. Heh. Although, now that I think about it, the whole thing was actually my fault since I was the one who had no idea what I was ordering in the first place. Okay, great, now I feel bad. Haha, oh well.

Next, we left spontaneously to Gardens, planning to get some coffee and other sweet things at Cafe Cartel. But ended up in Coffee Bean instead. Ha. I got myself a belgian chocolate latte. With whipped cream. I like whipped cream. So, very, creamy.


Aft the movie, watched Drake &Josh then headed home. 
So, here I am. Typing away. 
Not doing my homework. 
Not studying for physics. 
Not memorising my script. 
All of which I should be doing, or I'm going to be extremely screwed in the coming weeks. But I just can't bring myself to do any of those things. I'm way too lazy. I just feel like lying in front of the tv the whole day and drinking root beer. Speaking of, why is root beer called root beer anw? Is it the beer that comes out of roots? Do roots even produce beer? I thought they absorbed water? 
See, this is why I refrain from thinking because I end up with more questions than answers. 
Pffsh.

Haha, ok I shall stop here before I continue rambling on about things that don't make sense.

Today was AWWWWWWWWWWWWESOMMME.
Prince Caspian was FANTASTIC. It's the best movie I've watched this year.
And there's plenty of eye candy provided by the Peter Pevensie dude. I totally agreed with Dawn when she said that is was such a pity that there were no shirtless scenes. Haha!
If you haven't watched it, go watch cause it's really worth every penny.

The whole of centrestage was screaming and clapping during the kissing scene. It was so funny. 
I think everybody else in the theatre thought we were insane.

Had seoul garden for lunch which was exciting. I was not able to cook the stuff properly so my table-mates, namely, Dawn, Dahlia and Cel had to help me. 
Tried cockles for the first time in my life and HATED it. It's so gross and squishy. Wonder why Dahlia likes it so much. 
I realised that the gross thing in char kway teow is also cockles. Haha. Lame that I only figured that out today.
Had ice cream for dessert. Saima made this really weird dessert which contained winter melons. It had a very interesting taste. 
Went to the toilet and Saima, Cel, Dawn, Dahlia and I were amazed by the hand dryer cause it was so NEW and EFFECTIVE unlike other hand dryers which are.. not.  Haha!

On the way back, Dawn and I kept waving at the trees outside to see if they would wave back, or perhaps, even dance like the trees of Narnia. But all they did was move a little. It was still cool though. 

Then, the COOLEST thing happened! 
We saw PRINCE CASPIAN :O 



....Okay, no we didn't.
It was just this small boy with a burger king cardboard crown on. 
But it cracked me up when Dawn pointed it out.
Ha, which reminds me of the video that dahlia and i starred in today. About bendy straws. 
It was funny. There was also this other video where we were maids. I was called AMALA. 
Haha! 

Anw, had loads of fun.
Now I shall search online for the first Narnia movie which I still have yet to watch. 
HA!

P.S. I think it's so cool that the third Narnia movie's title had Dawn's name in it.
